Hotel's room was great,big and spacious. Has many lifts for each tower so the queue lini was managed.
The only deficiency was checkin process, need waiting more than 1hr to be given the keycard and no room cleaning, you have to ask and call several times for cleaning.
During Jan is the peak season of umra, expect waiting line at kuday bus station to hotel around 30-40mins

The place is clean and transportation is available throughout the day, but during Friday prayers there were no transportation and we had to walk. If there were elderly people, what would be the response?

Great location. direct bus to haram in 2min. Take blue dallah bus outside tower 5. same on return.
Room was spacious. had a kitchen and oven. iron and iron board, safe, 2 sofas, king bed. so all good
Disliked the filthy shower room and sink. no shampoo etc.
breakfast was good enough.
The reception team was nice and helpful.
Staff was working hard to make our stay comfortable.

Very good hotel, very cost-effective. Clean, comfortable, 71 square meters, two toilets, very convenient, and a kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave, and plates, very convenient. The shuttle bus downstairs to the Haram basically does not need to wait, less than 5 minutes drive, and the shuttle bus back is also very convenient. You have to wait for a while after the Isha prayer, but you basically don't have to wait at other times. They also prepared prayer mats. There is a small shop downstairs where you can buy souvenirs. On the way to the Haram, you pass the King Building and the supermarket. There are various conveniences, mainly more than half the price of hotels around the Haram.
